Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please expect 2-7 business days for delivery.

International Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. By Zoya is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

Store Pick-up: Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Sunday, from 10am - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
